How do I purchase a gift card?
Simply choose a gift card design, write a personal message, and enter a value over $25 (cent values are not valid). Please note that no other products can be included in the same order, and that payment with CYBEX CLUB membership points or with other gift cards is not possible.
After your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email. We'll then send the gift card either to you or directly to your recipient. Please allow up to 24 hours for gift card activation.
How do I receive a gift card?
After your gift card is purchased, it will be sent by email to the address provided. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.
You may print as many copies as you like, but the gift card code can only be used until its balance is fully redeemed.
Can I purchase a gift card using CYBEX Club membership points?
Gift cards cannot be purchased using CYBEX Club Membership points, and points are not earned when purchasing a gift card. However, purchases made with a gift card are eligible to earn CYBEX Club Membership points.
Additionally, it is not possible to make a purchase using both CYBEX Club membership points and a gift card.
Can I return or cancel my online gift card?
Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced if lost.
Where can I redeem the online gift card?
CYBEX gift cards issued through the US Online Shop are valid for online purchases in the United States only and are not redeemable at CYBEX Flagship Stores.
How do I redeem the gift card?
At checkout, choose Gift Card as your payment method and enter your gift card code. Online gift cards may be used toward purchases in the CYBEX Online Shop, excluding other gift cards.
If your purchase exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the difference with another payment method. Any unused balance will remain available on your gift card until fully redeemed.
Can I use the remaining balance at a later point?
Any remaining balance stays on your gift card and can be used toward future purchases in the CYBEX Online Shop. The balance remains available until it has been fully redeemed.
What happens to my gift card if I return all or part of my online order or it is canceled?
If all or part of an order purchased with a gift card is returned or canceled, the amount originally paid with the gift card will be refunded as a new gift card for the eligible refund amount.
If you paid using both a gift card and another payment method, any amount charged to the additional payment method will be refunded to that original form of payment. The portion paid with the gift card will be refunded as a new gift card.
Gift cards do not expire, and any refunded balance can be used toward future purchases in the CYBEX Online Shop.
Which limitations and conditions apply to gift cards?
There are some limitations applying to the use of gift cards. Gift cards may only be redeemed on the US Online Shop and cannot be redeemed in CYBEX Flagship Stores, or with CYBEX retailers.
Gift cards can be redeemed during checkout and applied as a payment method. If the gift card balance does not cover the full order amount, the remaining balance can be paid using another payment method accepted by CYBEX.
It is not possible to use more than one gift card during the order process. Gift cards can be combined with special campaign vouchers.

What can I do if my code is not recognized?
If you get an error message when trying to enter the gift card number, review the terms of use at the bottom of the email. The gift card may be a retail gift card that cannot be redeemed in the Online Shop.
Verify that the card number has been entered correctly. Common mistakes include extra spaces, typos, or characters entered in the wrong order. Also check letter case and make sure numbers like 0 and 1 haven't been confused with the letters O and I.

What can I do if I lose my gift card, or it is stolen?
We recommend treating your gift card like cash and keeping it in a safe place. CYBEX is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without authorization. For more details, please refer to our Terms of Sale.
What can I do if the gift card I ordered hasn't arrived?
The gift card code will be sent to the email address entered in the Recipient field. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact customer service.
