CYBEX Club Sweepstakes (October 20 – December 3, 2026)

Columbus Trading Partners USA Inc. ("CTP," "we," "us"), the exclusive U.S. distributor of CYBEX products, provides this notice to explain a program in which we offer something of value in exchange for your personal information. It is provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the "CCPA"), and similar state privacy laws. Please read it before you enter the Sweepstakes. 

 

1. Summary of the financial incentive 

To enter the CYBEX Club Prize Draw (the "Sweepstakes"), you must have a CYBEX MyAccount and subscribe to the CYBEX newsletter. In return, you receive: 

  • a chance to win one of the Major Prizes described in the Official Rules; and 

  • fifty (50) CYBEX Club points, credited to every eligible participant who plays, whether or not you win a Major Prize.

2. Material terms 

  • Who may participate: legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who meet the age requirement in the Official Rules. 

  • Entry period: 6:00 a.m. ET on October 20, 2026 through 11:59 p.m. ET on December 1, 2026. 

  • Limit: one entry and one participation reward per person. 

 

3. Personal information involved 

To participate, you provide, or we collect, the following categories of personal information: 

  • Identifiers: name, email address and MyAccount login. 

  • Commercial information: your Sweepstakes participation, prize or points awarded, and your CYBEX Club points activity. 

  • Internet or other electronic network activity: your interaction with our newsletters, such as opens and clicks. 

If you are selected as a potential winner of a Major Prize, we will also collect your mailing address and telephone number to deliver the prize. Where required for tax reporting, we will also collect your Social Security number on IRS Form W-9. We use that information only to award the prize and meet our legal obligations, not as part of the financial incentive.

4. How to opt in 

You opt in by (1) signing in to, or creating, your CYBEX MyAccount; (2) subscribing to the CYBEX newsletter; and (3) clicking "Play" on the Sweepstakes page, after reviewing this notice and the Official Rules. Participation is voluntary. 

 

5. Your right to withdraw 

You may withdraw from this financial incentive at any time by unsubscribing from the CYBEX newsletter, using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email or by contacting us at service.us@cybex-online.com or 1-877-242-5676. If you withdraw: 

  • an entry you have already made, and any prize or points already awarded, will not be affected; but 

  • you cannot enter the Sweepstakes again unless you resubscribe. 

  • Multiple entries by a single person are not permissible   

Withdrawing does not affect any other right you have under applicable privacy law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. 

 

6. Why the incentive is reasonably related to the value of your data 

We estimate the value of a participant’s personal information to CTP to be approximately equal to the value of the benefits offered in this Sweepstakes. We calculated this value by dividing the expected cost of the Sweepstakes, including the prizes, the participation rewards and the cost of administering the promotion, by the expected number of participants. Because the benefits offered are based on this value, we believe the incentive is reasonably related to the value of your personal information.
