Terms and Conditions

1. PROMOTION

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Columbus Trading Partners USA Inc., 33 Arch Street, 15th Floor, Boston, MA 02110, the exclusive U.S. distributor of CYBEX products and carried out by CYBEX Retail GmbH, Riedingerstraße 18, 95448 Bayreuth, Germany (the "Organizer"), and is offered on the CYBEX U.S. Online Shop at https://www.cybex-online.com/en/us.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who meet the age requirement in Section 3. By taking part in the Sweepstakes, the participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules (the "Rules") and the Organizer's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

2. CONDUCT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, PRIZE

The Sweepstakes begins at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 1, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Organizer's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

To enter, an eligible individual must, during the Sweepstakes Period, sign in to (or create, free of charge) their CYBEX Club MyAccount on the CYBEX U.S. Online Shop, and click the "Play" button on the Sweepstakes page. Each entrant will receive the participation reward described below and will also learn immediately on screen whether he or she is a potential winner of a Major Prize (defined below). All on-screen results are subject to verification and to these Rules.

The following prizes are available (approximate retail value ("ARV") in U.S. dollars):

1. One (1) CYBEX e-Gazelle stroller (Almond Beige only) – ARV $1,199.95;
2. Three (3) CYBEX Aton G infant car seats (Almond Beige only) – ARV $399.95 each;
3. Ten (10) CYBEX Laya carriers (Magic Black only) – ARV $189.95 each;
4. Ten (10) $50 electronic gift cards redeemable on the CYBEX U.S. Online Shop – ARV $50 each.
5. Participation reward: every eligible entrant who plays during the Sweepstakes Period, including Major Prize winners, will receive fifty (50) CYBEX Club points (limit one participation reward per person). The participation reward is not a prize, is not awarded by chance, and has no cash value.

The items in (1) to (4) are the "Major Prizes": twenty-four (24) Major Prizes in total, with a total ARV of $4,799.30.

How Major Prizes are awarded: When an eligible entrant clicks "Play," the instant-win system randomly determines whether the entrant wins a Major Prize based on the probability assigned to each Major Prize. Major Prizes are not assigned to predetermined winning dates or times. Once a Major Prize has been won, it is no longer available to be awarded to another entrant. All Major Prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds: The odds of winning a Major Prize during the Sweepstakes Period depend on the probability assigned to each Major Prize within the instant-win system and the total number of eligible participants during the Sweepstakes Period. Every eligible entrant receives the participation reward of fifty (50) CYBEX Club points regardless of whether they win a Major Prize.

The prizes listed above are the only prizes available, and all Major Prizes will be awarded. The prize won will also be shown on the participant's MyAccount page when signed in. Limit of one (1) prize per person and per household during the Sweepstakes Period. If a prize cannot be awarded as described for reasons beyond its control, the Organizer may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any Major Prize that is forfeited will not be awarded.

Potential winners of a Major Prize will be notified on screen, and CYBEX Customer Service will contact each of them by email no later than one week after the end of the Sweepstakes Period to confirm the prize and the shipping details. A potential winner who does not respond within seven (7) days after the Customer Service email, or who does not comply with these Rules, will forfeit the prize. The e-Gazelle, Aton G and Laya carrier prizes will be shipped to the winner's address in the United States at the Organizer's expense.

Each $50 gift card will be sent by email and delivered electronically to the confirmed winner no later than one week after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The gift card may only be redeemed on the CYBEX U.S. Online Shop and is subject to the applicable CYBEX Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

Each eligible entrant will have fifty (50) CYBEX Club points credited to his or her MyAccount within one week after the end of the Sweepstake Period, whether or not he or she wins a Major Prize. The points are subject to the CYBEX Club terms and conditions, have no cash value, and may only be used on the CYBEX U.S. Online Shop as provided in those terms.

The offer won cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated. No cash in lieu of the prize. Entrants have no right to change the features of the prize as offered by the Organizer. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred.

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Organizer may require any potential winner to complete and return eligibility, release, tax, and other verification documents required to award a prize. The Organizer will issue any tax forms required by law. Shipping of physical prizes within the United States will be paid by the Organizer. All other expenses related to the acceptance or use of a prize are the responsibility of the winner. Shipping of the physical prizes within the United States is at the Organizer's expense. Any other costs of accepting or using a prize that are not expressly described in these Rules are the winner's responsibility.

3. PARTICIPATION

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry, and who have, or create free of charge, a CYBEX MyAccount and a CYBEX newsletter subscription.

Employees, officers and directors of the Organizer, its parent, affiliated and related companies, and its advertising, promotion and sweepstakes administration agencies, and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children and spouses or partners) and household members of each, are not eligible.

Participation is only permitted if these Conditions of Participation are fulfilled.

Computer-aided entries for participation are not permitted and lead to the exclusion from the sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) entry per person and per MyAccount; creating multiple accounts to obtain additional entries is not permitted. In the case of fraud suspicion, the Organizer has the right to exclude participants from the sweepstakes.

4. PRIVACY NOTICE

Who collects your information:

Columbus Trading Partners USA Inc. and Cybex Retail GmbH (see Section 1) as joint controllers.

How it is used:

To administer the Sweepstakes (verifying eligibility, notifying winners, delivering prizes and meeting tax-reporting obligations) and to send you the CYBEX newsletter, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.

Your information is handled in accordance with the CYBEX U.S. Privacy Policy at CYBEX Online Shop Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, with whom we share it, how long we keep it, and your rights under applicable state privacy laws.

Purpose and legal basis:

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of

• Carrying out the prize contest and subsequently contacting the winner and making the prize available;
• Participation in the prize contest: Contract fulfillment according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit b) GDPR.

Recipients of the data:

• Employees of CYBEX GmbH and affiliated companies that require your data to process and implement contractual obligations.
• Service providers and third parties used (e.g data processors) by us, e.g. in the areas of forwarding the prize, marketing and newsletters

Transfer to a third country:

As a general rule, no transfer to a third country takes place. However, the data is processed within our Salesforce system, which means that a subsequent transfer of data to the United States may occur. Salesforce is certified under the Data Privacy Framework, which is why the adequacy decision regarding the United States applies as a guarantee pursuant to Art. 44 et seq. of the GDPR.

Storage period:

We process and store your personal data as long as this is necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual and legal obligations. After that, it is regularly deleted. The winner's data will be deleted after three years.

Provision of personal data:

The provision of your personal data is contractually necessary for participation in the competition. Without the data, participation in the competition is not possible. Furthermore, for sending the Cybex newsletter, the provision of your personal data takes place in return for participation in the prize contest.

Rights of data subjects, right of withdrawal and right of appeal:

You have the right of access under Art. 15 GDPR, the right to rectification under Art. 16 GDPR, the right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR, the right to object under Art. 21 GDPR and the right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR.

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR in conjunction with Section 19 BDSG). Notice of Financial Incentive:

Because entry requires a newsletter subscription, this Sweepstakes may be a financial incentive under California and other state privacy laws. 5. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, by entering, each participant releases the Organizer, its parent, affiliated and related companies, its advertising, promotion and sweepstakes administration agencies, and their respective directors, officers and employees (the "Released Parties") from any liability for: lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or data; technical failures, interruptions or unavailability of the website; and any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of a prize.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

The Organizer may modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes if a virus, bug, fraud, technical failure or other cause beyond its reasonable control impairs the administration, security or fairness of the Sweepstakes. In that case, the Organizer will award the remaining Major Prizes by random drawing from among the eligible entries received up to that point.

The Organizer may amend these Rules only to clarify them or as required by law. No amendment will reduce the number or value of the prizes or adversely affect the chances of winning, and any amendment will be posted on the Sweepstakes page. These Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
