Jogging with a stroller: How old do kids have to be?
The seating units in the CYBEX AVI jogging stroller and the CYBEX ZENO multisport trailer are suitable for children as young as 6 months, but you should only take your child jogging in a jogging stroller when they can sit upright on their own and hold their head up for an extended period of time. This is usually the case from around nine months old, however, please consult your family pediatrician before taking your child in a jogging stroller.

What is the best jogging stroller?
A good stroller for jogging has to stay on track while you’re running. It has to be light, easy to steer and must keep your child safe and comfortable. You should also check the following criteria:
- The running stroller should have low weight, a fixed front wheel, large air-filled tires and a wide wheelbase for stability and ease of running.
- Look for easy one-handed steering with an ergonomically adjustable push handlebar that suits your individual running style.
- The jogging stroller should have a padded sports seat and rear suspension to provide the required comfort, even on bumpy terrain.
