Do I need to use the harness straps when my child is in carriage mode?

Yes, the harness straps should be used at all times while a child is in the stroller, whether in carriage mode or toddler seat mode.

Safety

Is the EOS carriage mode certified for Sleeping?

No, the carriage mode on the EOS not certified for sleeping. If your baby falls asleep in the carriage mode, you must move them to a firm sleep approved surface on their back as soon as possible. Usage

What is the maximum child weight the Eos can hold?

In carriage mode the maximum weight is 20 lbs. Once the child can sit upright unassisted, carriage mode should be discontinued. In toddler seat mode the maximum weight is 50 lbs.

Functionality

How many modes of use does the Eos offer?

The Eos offers 5 modes of use that offer ease of use no matter the child's age: Carriage mode parent facing, carriage mode world facing, toddler seat parent facing, toddler seat world facing, and infant car seat parent facing.

Can I fold Eos with the seat unit attached?

Yes, the Eos can easily fold with the seat unit attached in toddler seat mode.  For additional space savings, you can fold down the leg rest. The stroller can stand on its own when folded.

How can I get the seat from toddler mode to carriage mode?

To use the stroller in carriage mode, be sure that the strap under the leg rest is unbuckled, and the footrest is raised up, the stroller seat is pivoted back via the recline handle to a horizontal position, and the backrest recline adjustment webbing is fully pulled out to have the carriage surface be flat.  You may need to press down on the inside of the seating area to flatten it.

Can I fold the Eos while it's in Carriage Mode?

Yes the Eos will fold in Carriage mode while in world facing view.  Just fold back the canopy and pivot the handle to the folding position, then engage the frame fold triggers to collapse the frame, and pull up on the central support bar under the seat to help fold the basket and engage the frame lock.  Lastly, you can fold down the footrest for a more compact fold.
