Can I carry my newborn baby in this stroller?
Yes, the stroller can be reclined to an ergonomic lie-flat position, which allows newborn babies to lie down comfortably. For extra comfort our Newborn Nest is available and can be easily installed. Or you can attach a cot to carry your newborn baby for their first six months.
Can I use this stroller as a travel system?
Yes, this stroller is travel system ready. You can attach a cot, an infant car seat or a seat unit to the stroller frame.
How many configurations does this stroller have?
The Gazelle S can support up to 23 different configurations of seat units, cots, infant car seats, and a detachable shopper basket. It can be used in the following modes: Single: For a single child, a cot, infant car seat or seat unit can be mounted onto the Gazelle S frame. A detachable shopper basket is also included on the frame to carry all of your day-to-day essentials. Sibling: To carry two children, the shopper basket can be replaced with another cot, seat unit or infant car seat to allow several different riding combinations. Twin: For twin babies, the Gazelle S can carry two cots, seat units or infant car seats. This allows the two children to travel with the same level of comfort.
What is a one-pull harness?
This is a brand new feature for CYBEX strollers. Rather than tightening the harness straps individually, which can be time consuming, the one-pull harness can be tightened simply by pulling a strap at the base of the seat with one hand. This makes getting your child onboard quick and easy, and also helps you find the perfect form-hugging fit for your child’s comfort and safety.
How much can I carry in this stroller?
Each Gazelle S seat unit can carry a child weighing up to 22 kg. Additionally the Gazelle S has an extra-large shopping basket which can carry up to 13 kg, and the detachable shopper basket can carry up to 10 kg of groceries, day-to-day essentials or whatever else you pick up on your trip outside.
Can I carry my newborn baby in the stroller?
In order to use the seat unit, child must be at least 6 months old. For children under 6 months, you can use a CYBEX infant car seat with included adapters.
Which CYBEX car seats can I attach to my Cybex stroller?
You can attach any CYBEX infant car seat to the Stroller. Simply attach the car seat to the frame using the included adapters.
Will other manufacturers infant seats fit my Gazelle S Stroller?
While Cybex infants seats are designed to be the most compatible and have the best match to the stroller, the Maxi Cosi Mico 30, Maxi Cosi Mico Max, Maxi Cosi Coral XP, Nuna Pipa, Nuna Pipa Lite, Clek Liing, Chicco Keyfit 30, Peg Perego Primo Viaggio 4-35, Peg Perego Lounge, Britax Bsafe 35, and Britax Bsafe 35 Elite also fit.
Can I use my Stroller as a Travel System?
Yes, all of our strollers come with adapters for Cybex Car seats so they can be used as a travel system.
