    Installation and Securing your child

    Can I carry my newborn baby in the Gazelle S stroller?

    For newborns, you can use a CYBEX infant car seat with the included adapters or a Gazelle S Cot. Β It is recommended that your child be a minimum of 3 months old before riding directly in the stroller seat and even then, we recommend it be used in the most reclined position. Young babies incapable of holding their head up must be provided additional head and neck support to ride safely. Β Each child is unique and develop at different rates. Β If you are uncertain whether your child is ready, please consult with your pediatrician regarding the suitability of the stroller use with your child.

    Which CYBEX car seats can I attach to my Cybex stroller?

    You can attach any CYBEX infant car seat to the Stroller. Simply attach the car seat to the frame using the included adapters.

    Will other manufacturers infant seats fit my Gazelle S Stroller?

    While Cybex infants seats are designed to be the most compatible and have the best match to the stroller, the Maxi Cosi Mico 30, Maxi Cosi Mico Max, Maxi Cosi Coral XP, Nuna Pipa, Nuna Pipa Lite, Chicco Keyfit 30, Peg Perego Primo Viaggio 4-35, Peg Perego Lounge, Britax Bsafe 35, and Britax Bsafe 35 Elite also fit.

    Can I use a COT with my Stroller?

    Yes, the Cybex Gazelle S COT is compatible with this Stroller.

    Can I use this stroller as a travel system?

    Yes, this stroller is travel-system ready. You can attach a cot, an infant car seat or a seat unit to the stroller frame.

    Can I use my Stroller as a Travel System?

    Yes, all of our strollers come with adapters for Cybex Car seats so they can be used as a travel system.

    How many configurations does the Gazelle S stroller have?

    The Gazelle S can support up to 20+ different configurations of seat units, cots, car seats, and its detachable Shopping Basket. It can be used in the following modes: Single: For a single child, a cot, car seat or seat unit can be mounted onto the Gazelle S frame. A detachable Shopping Basket is also included on the frame to carry all of your day-to-day essentials. Sibling: To carry two children, the Shopping Basket can be replaced with another cot, seat unit or car seat to allow several different riding combinations. Twin: For twin babies, the Gazelle S can carry two cots, seat units or car seats (with additional adapters). This allows the two children to travel with the same level of comfortΒ . With the addition of the kid board, 3 children can enjoy the ride.

    How much can I carry in the Gazelle S stroller?

    Each Gazelle S seat unit can carry a child weighing up to 50lbs. Additionally the Gazelle S has an extra-large stroller basket which can carry up to 30 lbs, and the detachable Shopping Basket can carry up to 25 lbs of groceries, day-to-day essentials or whatever else you pick up on your trip outside

    Can the seat be changed between forward facing or parent facing?

    Yes, A child can sit in the parent-facing position or the seat can be set in the front-facing position.

    Yes the Gazelle stroller can be safely folded with two seats attached facing either direction

    What is the benefit of the One Pull Harness?

    This is a brand new feature for CYBEX strollers. Rather than tightening the harness straps individually, which can be time consuming, the one-pull harness can be tightened simply by pulling a strap at the base of the seat once the buckles are secured. This makes getting your child onboard quick and easy, and also helps you find the perfect form-hugging fit for your child’s comfort and safety.
