What is the difference between the Mios Style and Mios?

Whilst both provide your child with first-class comfort and design, they differ aesthetically. The Mios Style lets you customize and create your own unique look; it has intricate leather detailing. When purchasing the Mios, you receive a pre-selected frame, seat pack and cot in a helpful bundle.

I would like to order the Mios Style, what will I receive with my delivery?

To offer our customers maximum choice when purchasing a Mios, our Style Collection lets you customize the frame and seat fabrics in the colors of your choice and are ordered separately. The frame colors come in Rose Gold, Black or Chrome. Included with the frame are the car seat adapters and Lux Seat Rain Cover. If desired, you can also choose a Mios/Coya Fold Lux Carry Cot Style: suitable for babies from birth until they weigh 9 kg (approximately 6 months old). This includes the cot adapters, a soft foam mattress, a rain cover and a sun sail.

What's the difference between the Mios and Priam strollers?

Both Platinum strollers are premium products with a full range of features making daily travel with a child a pleasure from day one. These include the one-pull harness, all-wheel suspension, interchangeable seat packs and easy one-hand folding and reclining mechanisms. Both strollers are travel system-ready, and reversible seat units also allow parent-facing bonding or forward-facing exploration. The Mios is designed for the city. It's lightweight with a small footprint, and it has a breathable mesh backrest. These features help city lovers take their child around the metropolis in comfort and style.

How light and compact is the Mios?

The Mios stroller weighs 9.8 kg (excluding the comfort inlay), making it an agile and portable choice for life in the city. Its small footprint allows the Mios to be maneuvered effortlessly through the city. With a narrow width of 50 cm it can fit through subway turnstiles, crowded streets and in cozy boutiques. Its lightweight and compact design makes the Mios an excellent companion for fast-paced city life.

What accessories can I use with this stroller?

The following accessories are available: A Cup Holder to carry your drinks on the go. The 2-in-1 Cup Holder also provides a handy place to put your smartphone. Insect Nets for both the stroller seat and the Lux Carry Cot. A Snack Tray for quick meals in the stroller. Both the Parasol and Sun Sail attach to the stroller frame to shade against sunlight. The Platinum Footmuff and the Platinum Winter Footmuff for cold weather protection. The Platinum Changing Bags: Choose a stylish Tote Bag or a larger Shopper Bag.

Why are there separate seat packs?

The fabric components of the stroller seat can be changed, giving you the freedom to change its look whenever you feel like it. There are a wide choice of stylish colors and fabric options, as well as a stunning range of Fashion Collections and Design Collaborations to choose from

Usage

Can I carry my newborn baby in this stroller?

The stroller seat can be easily reclined to an ergonomic lie-flat position, so you can safely carry your newborn. As the stroller is travel system ready, you can also attach a Mios/Coya Fold Lux Carry Cot or infant car seat to the stroller frame – both of which are suitable options for carrying a newborn baby.

Can I use this stroller as a travel system?

Yes, the stroller is travel system ready. The seat unit can be removed, allowing you to attach a Mios/Coya Fold Lux Carry Cot or an infant car seat to the stroller frame. This means the stroller has three different travelling options: Stroller with seat unit, stroller with Mios/Coya Fold Lux Carry Cot, and stroller with infant car seat.

Functionality

What is a one-pull harness?

This is a feature for a variety of CYBEX strollers. Rather than tightening the harness straps individually, the one-pull harness can be tightened simply by pulling a strap at the base of the seat with one hand. this makes getting your child onboard quick and easy, and helps you find the perfect form-hugging fit for your child´s comfort and safety.

What are the advantages of the Mios stroller’s breathable mesh?

On hot city days, the breathable mesh built into the Mios’s backrest and legrest allow heat to escape and cooling breeze to circulate around your child. When the weather turns colder a cozy inlay can be attached to cover the mesh.
