Ako spotrebiteľ máte nasledujúce právo na odvolanie.

Právo na odvolanie
Máte právo túto zmluvu odvolať do štrnástich dní bez udania dôvodov.
Lehota na odvolanie je štrnásť dní odo dňa prevzatia tovaru vami alebo treťou stranou určenou vami, ktorá nie je dopravcom (alebo odo dňa prevzatia poslednej položky v prípade zmluvy o viacerých položkách objednaných ako súčasť jednej objednávky a dodaných samostatne).
V prípade zmluvy o dodávke tovaru v niekoľkých čiastkových zásielkach alebo jednotkách je lehota na odvolanie štrnásť dní odo dňa prevzatia poslednej čiastočnej zásielky alebo poslednej položky vami alebo treťou stranou, ktorú určíte a ktorá nie je dopravcom.

prostredníctvom jasného vyhlásenia (napríklad listu zaslaného poštou, faxom alebo e-mailom) o vašom rozhodnutí odvolať túto zmluvu. Môžete použiť nižšie uvedený formulár na odvolanie súhlasu, ktorý však nie je povinný.
Na dodržanie lehoty na odvolanie bude postačujúce poslať oznámenie o uplatnení práva na odvolanie pred skončením lehoty na odvolanie.
Dôsledky odvolania
Ak túto zmluvu odvoláte, budeme vám musieť bez zbytočného odkladu a najneskôr do štrnástich dní od dňa, kedy dostaneme oznámenie o zrušení tejto zmluvy, vrátiť všetky platby, ktoré od vás dostaneme, vrátane nákladov na doručenie (s výnimkou dodatočných nákladov vyplývajúcich zo skutočnosti, že ste si vybrali iný typ doručenia ako najlacnejšie štandardné doručenie, ktoré ponúkame). Pokiaľ s vami nie je výslovne dohodnuté inak, použijeme rovnaké platobné prostriedky, aké ste použili pri pôvodnej transakcii na akúkoľvek takúto refundáciu. V žiadnom prípade vám nebude účtovaný žiadny poplatok.
Vrátenie peňazí môžeme odmietnuť, kým nedostaneme vrátený tovar alebo kým neposkytnete dôkaz o tom, že ste tovar vrátili, podľa toho, čo nastane skôr.
Tovar nám musíte vrátiť alebo odovzdať bez zbytočného odkladu a v každom prípade najneskôr do štrnástich dní odo dňa, keď ste nás informovali o zrušení tejto zmluvy:

Termín sa považuje za dodržaný, ak tovar odošlete pred skončením štrnástich dní.
Ak sa vrátený tovar prepravuje v rámci Spolkovej republiky Nemecko, náklady na vrátenie tovaru znášame my. Vo všetkých ostatných prípadoch musíte znášať priame náklady na vrátenie tovaru. Pozrite si našu tabuľku nákladov.
Za akúkoľvek stratu hodnoty tovaru budete zodpovední iba v prípade, že je takáto strata hodnoty spôsobená manipuláciou s tovarom, ktorý nie je potrebný na testovanie povahy, vlastností a fungovania tovaru.

2. Vylúčenie práva na odvolanie:
Právo na odvolanie neexistuje pre nasledujúce zmluvy, pokiaľ sa zmluvné strany nedohodli inak:
– zmluvy o dodávke tovaru, ktorý nie je prefabrikovaný a ktorého výroba sa riadi individuálnym výberom alebo určením spotrebiteľa alebo ktoré sú jasne prispôsobené individuálnym potrebám spotrebiteľa;
– zmluvy o dodávke uzavretého tovaru, ktorý nie je vhodný na vrátenie z dôvodu ochrany zdravia alebo hygieny, ak bola jeho pečať po dodaní odstránená.

1. Information about your right of revocation
As a consumer, you have the following right of revocation.

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of taking possession of the goods by you or by a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier (or from the day of taking possession of the last item in the event of a contract for several items ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately).
In the event of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or units, the revocation period is fourteen days from the day of taking possession of the last partial shipment or the last item by you or by a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier.

by way of a clear statement (such as a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the revocation form below, which is, however, not mandatory.
For compliance with the revocation period, it will be sufficient to send the notification of exercising of the right of revocation prior to the end of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will have to reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most inexpensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. Unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for any such refund; in no event will you be charged for any refund.
We may refuse a refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than within fourteen days from the day you have notified us of the revocation of this contract:

The deadline is considered observed if you dispatch the goods prior to the end of the fourteen-day period.
If the returned goods are shipped within the Federal Republic of Germany, the costs of returning the goods will be borne by us. In all other events, the direct costs of returning the goods will have to be borne by you. View our table of costs for reference.
You will only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if such loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for testing the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

2. Exclusion of the right of revocation:
A right of revocation does not exist for the following contracts, unless the parties have agreed otherwise:
- contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and the production of which is governed by an individual selection or determination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s individual needs;
- contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return on grounds of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
