Terms of Participation

1. Promotion

The prize contest is organized by: CYBEX GmbH, Riedingerstraße 18, 95448 Bayreuth („Organizer“).

2. Conduct of the Contest, Prize

The contest begins on July 19, 2021, at 12 p.m. German time and ends on August 16, 2021, at midnight German time. The registrations after the closing date will not be considered.

The names of the winners will be announced on September 1, 2021.

Every participant who enters his or her e-mail in the registration form during the specified entry period will be entered into the competition. 

The competition prize is ZENO Multisport Trailers and Sporting Kits or 50 x Sportcheck Run starting slots in Germany (only for German participants). All participants will go into a draw and the winner’s name will be chosen by lot. There is only one prize per winner.

The prize will be delivered by mail after consultation. 

The winner will be notified via e-mail and requested to personally contact the Organizer in order to confirm the acceptance of the prize and provide the contact details. Where the winner fails to make contact within 5 working days of the announced win, he/she shall forfeit the prize, and a new winner may be drawn.

No cash in lieu of the prize. Entrants have no right to change the features of the prize as offered by the Organizer. 

The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred.

The participant shall bear all operating expenses and follow-up costs, resulting from the gain or acceptance of the prize.

3. Participation

All natural persons over the age of 18 years whose residence is Germany or France may enter the prize contest.

Organizer’s employees and their respective family members are not eligible to participate.

Participation is only permitted if these Conditions of Participation are fulfilled.

Computer-aided entries for the participation are not permitted and lead to the exclusion from the contest. The multiple participation is not permitted. In the case of fraud suspicion, the Organizer has the right to exclude participants from the contest.

4. Liability

The Organizer is not liable for lost data, especially in the case of data transmission. The Organizer accepts no further liability for interruptions to or unavailability of the contest owing to technical disruptions and outages. 

5. Miscellaneous

The Organizer reserves the right to change or to terminate the competition either temporarily or permanently at any time. This applies especially in case of force majeure or if the contest cannot be carried out or continued for other reasons (organizational, technical or legal). In this event participants shall not be entitled to make any claims against the Organizer. 

The Organizer reserves the right to alter these Conditions of Participation at any time without any specific notification. For the execution of the contest, the laws of Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively with the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention. Legal recourse is excluded.
