Apple Pay

 

1. Payment by Credit Card

When paying by credit card, the charge is made when the goods are shipped. We accept VISA,  MasterCard and American Express.

 

2. Payment by PayPal

You need a PayPal account to pay with the PayPal online payment service. If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal for payment. The debit takes place when the goods are dispatched.

 

3. Payment by Apple Pay

Apple Pay is a payment method offered by Apple Inc. To use Apple Pay, you must have activated the Apple Pay function (e.g. on your iPhone), identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The debit takes place when the goods are dispatched.

We charge shipping fees to the amount of £9.90 per order. Delivery with FedEx usually takes 4–5 days

You will receive an email when your goods have been packed. Due to customs process, the tracking number of your parcel might say “We’re expecting it” while the package is in Customs. Once the package is through customs the status will change to “We’ve got it”. If you still have not received your goods 5 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service Department using our Contact Form or call the Service Hotline

Regular return delivery is generally free of charge; using a return label, which you can request from our Customer Service Department via Email, over the phone or by using our Contact Form.

Using the tracking number provided with the emailed shipping confirmation, you can track the shipment 48 hours after dispatch at www.fedex.com or at your Account.

Due to customs process, the tracking number of your parcel might say “We’re expecting it” while the package is in Customs. Once the package is through customs the status will change to “We’ve got it”.

Unfortunately, due to automated processing, it is not possible to add additional items to your order or to change the delivery address once the order has been placed.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any exchange service.

You have the option of returning items to us within the statutory cancellation period and the right of return granted by CYBEX by simply using a return label and return note - which you receive in your parcel. Please state the item you want to return and the return reason in the return note.

You are welcome to order new items from the selection of products in our CYBEX Online Shop.

Whoever chooses to purchase a product from CYBEX should rightly expect our superb CYBEX quality. Nevertheless, should your delivery not meet your expectations or be defective, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Naturally, you can claim defective goods with us within the scope of your statutory warranty claims. Please also read our Terms and Conditions. Please note that this only applies to goods purchased at the CYBEX Online Shop.

For questions regarding customer complaints or any other matter, our Customer Service Department will gladly assist and advise you – as you should always expect from CYBEX.

Customers may return items free of charge by simply contacting our Customer Service Department and requesting a return label. Please, state the item that you want to return and the return reason on the return note. Important! The returned items must be in their original condition. The products must only have been used to the extent that is necessary for their inspection, in the same way that products in a physical retail store can be reasonably inspected prior to purchase. We cannot resell any returned items showing signs of wear. In this respect, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.

You can prevent damage during transit by carefully packaging the goods. Simply use the original packaging – this is also more environmentally friendly.

When we receive the returned item in the warehouse, we will check it to ensure that the return is eligible for a refund. If the item is in its original condition, you will receive the full refund for your purchase. This will be done within 14 business days, using the same payment method that you used to pay for your purchase.

First, please check if you are actually registered as a customer at the CYBEX Online Shop or if you are merely a guest customer or newsletter subscriber.
