The IRIS Chair is available individually, or as part of a 3-in-1 Set. The IRIS 3-in-1 Set also includes the IRIS Baby Set and the IRIS Tray. All are available in matching colors.

Which type of materials are used in the IRIS Chair and where is it sourced?

The IRIS Chair contains sustainable beechwood, produced in Europe. A material well-renowned for its strength, impact resistance, light weight and texture.

How is the IRIS Chair assembled?

The IRIS Chair can be easily assembled in minutes. All parts fit together intuitively, connected by strategically placed screws which can be tightened using the included Allen keys. If you assemble the product and find the legs are not the same distance from the floor, you can easily solve this by placing the chair on an even surface and untighten all the screws. Then apply even pressure on both chair legs until they are level and re-tighten the screws.

How does the IRIS Chair differentiate from the CLICK & FOLD Chair?

Both the IRIS Chair and the CLICK & FOLD Chair have a modern design and are made of sustainable beechwood produced in Europe. Developed to promote good posture, they can be easily adjusted in height and depth to provide the perfect ergonomic sitting position for all ages. The CLICK & FOLD Chair folds into a space-saving size for storage or transportation and can be used from birth with the Gold Bouncer Nest which can be purchased separately. The IRIS Chair is designed to be an integral, permanent part of any home’s décor and can be used from 6 months thanks to the Baby Set included in the 3-in-1 set.

What accessories are available for the IRIS Chair?

Purchasing the 3-in-1 set allows you the exclusive right to obtain the IRIS Baby Set and the IRIS Tray, which cannot be bought separately or individually, to give your infant a seat at the table from 6 months until they are 3 years old. A Gold Harness is an optional accessory for extra safety and is available in grey.

What IRIS Chair configurations are available, and what ages or sizes are they suitable for?

The IRIS Chair can be used standalone from 3 years to 99 years. Children from six months up to three years old can sit on the IRIS Chair with the IRIS Baby Set and eat or play using the IRIS Tray that are exclusively part of our 3-in-1 set. The IRIS Baby Set can be removed to allow anyone from approximately 3 to 99 (under 120 kg) to sit in the chair.

I ordered two IRIS Chairs in the same color, but they look different, why is this?

As we are using sustainable beechwood in this product and no two trees are alike, every single IRIS Chair has its own grain, shade of color and personality, making it totally unique.

Usage

How do I clean the product?

As it is made with beechwood, a natural material, you can use a gentle cleanser with a damp cloth to wipe clean. Drying with a cloth afterwards would also be very beneficial to your product.

Functionality

How easy is it to adjust the IRIS Chair?

Using the Allen keys to loosen the structure lets you move and set the seat board & footrest to the right height and depth. You can easily customize it to suit any age and size simply by adapting the height and depth.

What are the ergonomic benefits of my IRIS Chair?

Designed to support the spine and promote good posture from Day 1, this chair will accompany your child as they grow. 

How sturdy is the IRIS Chair? How can I be sure that it won't tip over?

Each leg has a cleverly designed glider underneath to stop it toppling over but still let you move it around your home with ease.

Can I use the Gold Bouncer in combination with the IRIS Chair?

The IRIS Chair was designed to be used from 6 months onwards to give your child a platform from which to grow and develop. The Gold Bouncer is however fully compatible with the LEMO Chair and CLICK & FOLD Chair.
