1. PROMOTION

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by COLUMBUS TRADING-PARTNERS CANADA INC., 199 Bay Street Suite 5300 Commerce Court West, Toronto, ON M5L 1B9 and carried out by CYBEX Retail GmbH, Riedingerstraße 18, 95448 Bayreuth, Germany (the "Organizer"), and is offered on the CYBEX Canada Online Shop at https://www.cybex-online.com/en/ca/.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Skill-testing question required. By taking part in the Contest, the participant agrees to be bound by these Conditions of Participation (the "Rules") and acknowledges the Privacy Notice (Section 4). These Rules are available in English and French.

2. CONDUCT OF THE CONTEST, PRIZE

The Contest begins at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 3, 2026 (the "Prize Draw Period"). The Organizer's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

To enter, an eligible individual must, during the Contest Period, sign in to (or create, free of charge) a CYBEX MyAccount on the CYBEX Canada Online Shop and click the "Play" button on the Contest page. Subscribing to the CYBEX newsletter is not required to enter; a separate, optional opt-in will be offered. Furthermore, for sending the Cybex newsletter, the provision of your personal data takes place in return for participation in the prize contest. Each entrant will learn immediately on screen whether he or she is a potential winner of a Major Prize (defined below) or will receive a 10% discount voucher. All on-screen results are subject to verification and to the conditions in these Rules, including the skill-testing question.

The following prizes are available (approximate retail value ("ARV") in Canadian dollars):

1. One (1) CYBEX e-Gazelle stroller (Almond Beige only) – ARV $1,699.95 CAD;
2. Three (3) CYBEX Aton 2 infant car seats (Lavastone Black only) – ARV $569.95 CAD each;
3. Five (5) CYBEX Laya carriers (Magic Black only) – ARV $249.95 CAD each;
4. Five (5) $50 CAD electronic gift cards redeemable on the CYBEX Canada Online Shop – ARV $50 CAD each;
5. A single-use 10% discount voucher for each other eligible entrant (see below).

The items in (1) to (4) are the "Major Prizes": fourteen (14) Major Prizes in total, with a total ARV of $4,909.55 CAD.

How Major Prizes are awarded: When an eligible entrant clicks "Play," the instant-win system randomly determines whether the entrant wins a Major Prize based on the probability assigned to each Major Prize. Major Prizes are not assigned to predetermined winning dates or times. Once a Major Prize has been won, it is no longer available to be awarded to another entrant. All Major Prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period. Every other eligible entrant will receive a 10% discount voucher.

Odds: The odds of winning a Major Prize during the Sweepstakes Period depend on the probability assigned to each Major Prize within the instant-win system and the total number of eligible participants during the Sweepstakes Period. Every eligible entrant will receive either a Major Prize or a 10% discount voucher.

The prizes listed above are the only prizes available. The prize won by the participant will also be shown on the participant's MyAccount page when signed in. Limit of one (1) prize per person and per MyAccount during the Contest Period. If a prize cannot be awarded as described for reasons beyond its control, the Organizer may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any Major Prize that is forfeited will not be awarded.

Potential winners of a Major Prize will be notified on screen, and CYBEX Customer Service will contact each of them by email no later than one week after the end of the Contest Period to confirm the prize and the shipping details. Before being declared a winner, a potential winner must: (a) correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered online or by telephone; and (b) for the e-Gazelle and Aton 2 prizes, sign and return, within seven (7) days, the Organizer's declaration and release form confirming compliance with these Rules, accepting the prize as awarded, and releasing the Released Parties (Section 5). A potential winner who does not respond within seven (7) days after the Customer Service email, answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, or otherwise does not comply with these Rules will forfeit the prize. The e-Gazelle, Aton 2 and Laya carrier prizes will be shipped to the winner's address in Canada at the Organizer's expense.

Each $50 CAD gift card will be sent by email and delivered electronically to the confirmed winner no later than one week after the end of the Prize Draw Period. The gift card may only be redeemed on the CYBEX Canada Online Shop and is subject to the applicable CYBEX Gift Card Terms and Conditions.

Each eligible entrant who does not win a Major Prize will receive a 10% discount voucher with an individual coupon code, shown right away on the website and remaining visible in the entrant's MyAccount until the end of the Prize Draw Period. The code can only be applied during the checkout process once for one purchase at the CYBEX Canada Online Shop. The discount voucher is only valid for full-priced items and cannot be applied to products that are already discounted, as well as any bundles. The offer cannot be used in combination with points and is only applicable when logged in. The code can be redeemed from the moment of attribution until December 31st, 2026, 11:59 PM EST11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026. After that date, the code will expire.

The offer won cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated. No cash in lieu of the prize. Entrants have no right to change the features of the prize as offered by the Organizer. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred.

Shipping of the physical prizes to an address in Canada is at the Organizer's expense. Any other costs of accepting or using a prize that are not expressly described in these Rules are the winner's responsibility.

3. PARTICIPATION

The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry and who have, or create free of charge, a CYBEX MyAccount.

Employees, officers and directors of the Organizer, its parent, affiliated and related companies, and its advertising, promotion and contest administration agencies, and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children and spouses or partners) and household members of each, are not eligible.

Participation is only permitted if these Conditions of Participation are fulfilled.

Computer-aided entries for participation are not permitted and lead to the exclusion from the contest. Limit of one (1) entry per person and per MyAccount; creating multiple accounts to obtain additional entries is not permitted. In the case of fraud suspicion, the Organizer has the right to exclude participants from the contest.

4. PRIVACY NOTICE

Purposes:
Your personal information will be collected, used and disclosed to:

- Administer the Contest, including verifying eligibility, contacting potential winners, administering the skill-testing question and declaration and release, and delivering prizes; and
- If you separately opt in, send you the CYBEX newsletter. Opting in is not required to enter, and you may withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in each message.

By entering, you consent to these purposes. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose without your consent, except as permitted or required by law.

Who receives your information:
- Employees of the Organizer and its affiliated companies, including CYBEX GmbH, who need it for the purposes above; and
- Service providers acting on our behalf (for example, e-commerce, email and shipping providers), who are bound by contract to protect it and to use it only for those purposes.

Storage and processing outside your province and Canada:
Your personal information may be stored and processed outside your province and outside Canada, including in [the United States and the European Union], where it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities under the laws of those jurisdictions.

Retention:
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet our legal obligations, and then securely destroy or anonymize it. Winners' information is kept for three years after the end of the Contest.

Is providing your information required?
Your name and email address (and, for winners, your mailing address and telephone number) are required to enter and to award prizes; without them you cannot take part in the Contest. Providing your information for the newsletter is optional.

Your rights and complaints:
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to and correct your personal information and may withdraw your consent. Quebec residents also have the rights provided by the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, including data portability and de-indexation.

You may also file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, where applicable, the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or British Columbia. Purpose and legal basis:
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of
- Carrying out the prize contest and subsequently contacting the winner and making the prize available;
- Participation in the prize contest: Contract fulfillment according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit b) GDPR and in accordance with applicable Canadian Law.

Recipients of the data:
- Employees of CYBEX GmbH and affiliated companies that require your data to process and implement contractual obligations.
- Service providers and third parties used (e.g data processors) by us, e.g. in the areas of forwarding the prize, marketing and newsletters

Transfer to a third country:
As a general rule, no transfer to a third country takes place. However, the data is processed within our Salesforce system, which means that a subsequent transfer of data to the United States may occur. Salesforce is certified under the Data Privacy Framework, which is why the adequacy decision regarding the United States applies as a guarantee pursuant to Art. 44 et seq. of the GDPR and in accordance with applicable Canadian Law.

Storage period:
We process and store your personal data as long as this is necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual and legal obligations. After that, it is regularly deleted. The winner's data will be deleted after three years.

Provision of personal data:
The provision of your personal data is contractually necessary for participation in the competition. Without the data, participation in the competition is not possible. Furthermore, for sending the Cybex newsletter, the provision of your personal data takes place in return for participation in the prize contest.

Rights of data subjects, right of withdrawal and right of appeal:
You have the right of access under Art. 15 GDPR and in accordance with Canadian Law, the right to rectification under Art. 16 GDPR and in accordance with Canadian Law, the right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR and in accordance with Canadian Law, the right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR and in accordance with Canadian Law, the right to object under Art. 21 GDPR and in accordance with Canadian Law and the right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR and in accordance with Canadian Law.

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR in conjunction with Section 19 BDSG and in accordance with Canadian Law). 5. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer, its parent, affiliated and related companies, its advertising, promotion and contest administration agencies, and their respective directors, officers and employees (the "Released Parties") are not liable for: lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or data; technical failures, interruptions or unavailability of the website; or any loss or damage arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance or use of a prize, except to the extent caused by a Released Party's own fault or negligence. Nothing in these Rules limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

Subject to applicable law, the Organizer may modify, suspend or terminate the Contest if a virus, bug, fraud, technical failure or other cause beyond its reasonable control impairs the administration, security or fairness of the Contest. In that case, the Organizer may award the remaining Major Prizes by random draw from among the eligible entries received up to that point.

The Organizer may amend these Rules only to clarify them or as required by law. No amendment will reduce the number or value of the prizes or adversely affect the chances of winning, and any amendment will be posted on the Contest page. These Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection laws of the entrant's province or territory of residence. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
