Purpose and legal basis:

The participant's personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the competition, registering for the 10% discount and subscribing to the Cybex newsletter.

The legal basis for this processing is the fulfillment of a contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Participation in the contest as well as registration for the Cybex newsletter is based solely on your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Recipients of the data:

Recipients of the data may be technical service providers who act as order processors for the operation and maintenance of our website, as well as the marketing agency through which we handle the promotion. All service providers are contractually obligated to treat your data confidentially. The data will also be passed on to affiliated companies of the organizer for the purpose of processing the prize contest.

Storage period:

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes set forth herein. The personal data of participants are stored as long as the subscription of the newsletter is active or for the distribution of prizes for the purpose of processing the contract will be deleted after three years, data for participation in prize contest will be deleted after the end of the contest. 

Provision of personal data:

The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, without the provision of such data, participation in the contest and the distribution of prizes is not possible.

Rights:

The Participant has a right to information about the personal data stored about him at any time, as well as a right to rectification and data portability, restriction or deletion of this data.

The Participant may revoke his/her consent to the processing of personal data and its use to send the newsletter at any time.

In addition, there is a right of complaint to a competent data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO in conjunction with § 19 BDSG).
